KSG Sports Instructor Training

Children with special educational needs, adults missing fundamental movement patterns, and failed athletic careers - these are some of the areas where knowing the proper foundations could have brought about a radical change.

The founder, József Stefanovics (Stefi), is not only well-known and respected in Hungary but also internationally. As a 5th Dan karate master, kettlebell instructor, personal trainer, and father of three, with more than 30 years of athletic experience and 10 years of experience as a foundational movement therapist, he developed his own training program, which addresses real needs. The KSG training combines the principles of children's yoga, Strongfirst, Oxygen Advantage, and DNS systems.

You will have the opportunity to learn this knowledge directly from Stefi himself, which you can immediately apply in practice after completing the course, whether it's training children, adults, or improving your own physical fitness. With KSG 1 and 2 knowledge, you can start your own group, but you can also ensure the healthy athletic development of yourself and your family.
